The objectives of Hospitality NT are achieved through the provision of a comprehensive arrary of services and benefits to its members.
Advice
Access to professional interpretation and general advice in areas of Territory and Federal Government laws and regulations relevant to the industry, including:
Liquor Commission hearings and decisions, Liquor Act 2019,, Alcohol Harm Reduction Act 2017, Tobacco Control Act 2002, Gaming Control Act 1993, Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, and industrial and workplace relations (including wage rates, unfair dismissal, and underpayment of wages/superannuation), recruitment, and workforce planning.
Representation
Representation to the Northern Territory Government, Australian Government and local councils on key issues affecting the hospitality industry, and to Liquor Commission and Licensing NT on licensing and liquor matters.
Marketing and Events
Eligibility for entry in the annual Hospitality NT Awards for Excellence and Gold Plate Awards, recognising the highest caliber of service in our industry.
Members also receive invitations and special ticket prices to exclusive industry and social events, offering the opportunity to connect with industry peers as well as our Sponsors and Associates.
