Hospitality NT conducts many Industry Development activities throughout the year, with the support of Tourism NT.
These are in order to help grow and develop the NT's hospitlaity industry.

Rapid Creek Market Tour
In partnership with NT Farmers and as part of our industry development project with Tourism NT, Hospitality NT hosted a Market Tour at Rapid Creek Markets on Sunday 19 March.
Attendees included hospitality staff from Hilton Darwin, Mercure Darwin Airport Resort, Hanky Panky and Charlie’s of Darwin.
Tisha Tejaya from NT Farmers is an expert in the producers at Rapid Creek Markets having written 2 books detailing the stories of the producers and market holders and the amazing produce available all year round.
This event included presentations from 5 local producers, detailing their produce and seasonality.
We look forward to seeing some amazing menu items that are created as a result of this initiative.
