RSG Online

In 2016, Hospitality NT, in conjunction with DWS and Club Training Australia developed and launched a Responisble Service of Gambling (RSG) online accredited program. 

The RSG course has also been revamped to incorporate all of the NT Government’s current regulatory and compliance requirements for delivering responsible gambling services, including the new Code. This RSG is a nationally transferable qualification SITHGAM201 Provide Responsible Gambling Services.

All new staff engaged in the provision of gambling services, must complete appropriate training, such as this RSG online course, within three months of commencing employment.
