Mental Health Awareness

The AHA has partnered up with Beyondblue's 'Heads Up' campaign to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace within the Territory's hospitality industry.

Hospitality NT encourages Members to utlise Beyondblue's promotional material available at www.headsup.org.au  in order to make your staff more aware of mental health issues in the workplace and what support services are available to them.

Hospitality NT has also partnered with a Darwin based Clinical Psychlogist, Cheryl Blakey from CPAC, who offers discounted services to Hospitality NT Members for clinical sessions, relating to the most common forms of mental health illnesses; depression and anxiety, as well as other mental health conditions and support sessions after traumatic events, e.g. robberies.
